Become the expert that the right buyers pay for.

Center Stage is designed for people who have valuable expertise or they know how to solve valuable problems. . . but they don’t know how to turn that into a consulting practice or the life of freedom that they want.

If that’s you, we help you solve that with our “Promote. Sell. Perform.” framework that we build around your skills.

We help you take your expertise and combine it with the principles of great performance to create a presence that commands attention in the marketplace.

Is This You?

You’re excellent at the work. Being found is the problem.

  • Your business runs on referrals and reputation. That feels fine until you catch yourself wondering whether the next client arrives before the next bill does.
  • You know people doing your work who are less capable, less thorough, and less useful to their clients. They’re ahead of you anyway. They figured out something you haven’t.
  • You tried content. It went nowhere, the LinkedIn grind was exhausting, and a coach told you the problem was your mindset.
  • You keep promising yourself you’ll get visible once things slow down. Things have never once slowed down.
  • The clients who do find you stay for years. Keeping them has always been the easy part. The finding is what’s broken.

If three of those landed, you’re the person this was built for. Every line on that list is a system problem, and the system is learnable.

What’s Inside

Twelve guides. One operating system for your expertise.

Each guide walks you through specific decisions, in the order they need to be made, with the templates and tools to make them properly. Reading about the system lives in the book. Running it lives here.

Why This Exists

The “invisible tax” compounds every day.

Right now, someone who needs exactly what you know is settling for someone easier to find. The gap between what you can do and what your market knows you can do is costing you clients you never hear about. The guides close that gap in order, one decision at a time.

“The people who need exactly what you know are out there right now. The question is whether you’re giving them something undeniable to find.”

Common Questions

What experts ask before they join.

Is this for performers?

No! This is for the person who developed valuable skills that solve real problems. Maybe you went to school for it. Maybe you spent 20 years learning your craft. Maybe you went through some real shit and you can save people a lot of trouble. Great; now what? Here’s the answer: we show you the principles of great business by using the analogy of running a show. Once that clicks; it all makes sense. Show. Business. Done.

Do I need to read “Show. Business.” first?

It helps, and it stays optional. Guide 5 carries the book’s frame into the curriculum, so the system is complete either way. If you arrived here from the book, you already have a head start: join and jump in at the Briefing.

Is this a video course library?

The guides are text-first by design. You read faster than anyone talks, and text is easier to act on mid-build. Live workshops happen on the calls, get recorded, and become the video layer over time.

When does enrollment open?

It’s open now. Enrollment rolls year-round, so the clock starts whenever you do. The hot seat call runs monthly and you’re welcome at the next one.

How much time does this take?

The guides are built for working experts with full client loads. A couple of focused hours a week keeps you moving through the curriculum, and the hot seat is one call a month.

What exactly is a hot seat?

You bring one real situation: an offer, a stuck pipeline, a price you’re afraid to say out loud. We work it live. You leave with a decision, and the room learns from every seat.

I’m already past the basics. Is this too entry-level?

That’s what the next program “Backstage” is for: group coaching, direct implementation support, and a capped private circle. Apply, and if the fit is real you’ll hear back within a few days.
